FORCE MAJEURE
TAOMS 30th International Congress Organizing Committee, in case of force majeure (war, strike, lockout, uprising or all kinds of internal disturbances and natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, drought, etc.) reserves the right to partially or completely change and/or cancel other elements. Neither party shall have the right to claim any compensation for damages that may arise as a result of the change or cancellation made due to force majeure.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made until 1 October 2023, the registration fee will be refunded against a 50% penalty.
For cancellations made after 1 October 2023, the price paid is non-refundable.
All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
